AskAdam is Capgemini’s innovative self-service chatbot powered by Gen AI, designed to provide comprehensive support for Capgemini’s over 340,000 users worldwide.
Launched to address queries and initiate help across HR, IT, finance, and more, AskAdam leverages an extensive repository of documents to deliver accurate, context-aware answers.
Unique to AskAdam is it’s ‘person awareness’ – it knows your level of seniority in the organization, location, your business unit etc. But it is also very data privacy oriented – once discussion is over it don’t retain ability to isolate a conversation to a person.
Utilizing the robust Azure stack and Azure OpenAI, AskAdam ensures seamless, multi-language interaction, enhancing user satisfaction.
Developed and deployed in less than four months by Sogeti (part of Capgemini), AskAdam exemplifies our commitment to technological excellence and efficient service, setting new standards for intelligent support and operational efficiency.
We chose Microsoft Azure as the cloud platform upon which to build AskAdam’s AI capabilities, utilizing Azure OpenAI as its Large Language Model to ensure tailored, context-aware responses that improve the user experience. This has also allowed AskAdam to communicate in more than one language. With its multi-language interaction, AskAdam can help a variety of user groups, making sure everyone gets what they need, no matter where they are.
Our journey with AskAdam over the past four months has been intense. From concept to launch, our team faced many challenges, including content management, optimizing large language models (LLMs), and determining the best parameter sets. But with our team’s determination and out-of-the-box thinking, we overcame the obstacles and delivered an outstanding solution.
AskAdam isn’t just any chatbot; it’s a game-changer. It draws information from a growing body of hundreds of documents, providing accurate responses across multiple domains and its anti-hallucination guardrails ensure that every question is met with the right answer. Whether it’s about payroll, software troubleshooting, or expense reports, AskAdam is ready to assist with precise and reliable information.
What makes AskAdam stand out is its ability to provide location-aware information and context-sensitive answers. This means users get replies that are directly relevant to their situation.
